Design Your Artwork
Create your design using online design tools or graphic design software. Verify that the artwork matches the cup's measurements.
Printing on Plastic Cups
Use a printer compatible with heat transfer vinyl (HTV) or print your design on sheets of sticky vinyl. If you're using HTV, mirror the design before printing.
Cut the Design
Using a vinyl cutter or scissors, cut off the printed design. Cut off any extra vinyl surrounding your design if you're using HTV.
Prepare the Cup
Clean the surface of the plastic cup with rubbing alcohol to ensure it's free of dirt and oil, allowing better grip.
Apply the Design
Peel off the backing from the adhesive vinyl, then carefully apply the design on the cup, reducing any air bubbles. For HTV, place the design on the cup and transfer it using a heat press or iron while adhering to the vinyl's recommended temperature and drying time.
Seal the Design
The design can be made more durable by sealing it with a layer of epoxy resin or a transparent adhesive spray. Although not required, doing this step is advised for best outcomes over time.

MOQ
Usually our MOQ is 3000 pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly, hoping you can place large orders after checking quality of our products and know our service.
Get samples
Of course, we usually provide existing sample for free, however a little sample charge is needed for custom designs. Samples charge is refundable when order is up to a certain quantity.
Lead time of the samples
For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. They are free.
If you want your own design, it takes 5-7 days, subject to your designs whether they need new printing screen, etc.
Payment term
Our normal payment term is TT 30% deposite after order signed and 70% aganist copy of B/L. We also accept LC at sight.
